What is the Vestry?                    

The Vestry is the governing body of the church.   It functions as the legislative and administrative board of the church, and actively supports the various programs, projects and continuing church activities throughout the year.   The Vestry is comprised of nine members of the church who are elected by the congregation.   The Vestry includes a Senior Warden (the Rector's Warden), Junior Warden (the People's Warden) and a Vestry Clerk.   The Vestry, which meets monthly, is responsible for managing the parish's corporate and temporal affairs, including the care, upkeep, repair, cleaning and maintenance of all church property.

St. John's Staff

The church staff supplements the work of the Vestry.  Each staff member oversees and manages a specific program or ministry.   Staff members are assisted by volunteers from among our parishioners.
